This Old Vancouver House came into being in 1931.  It is a small bungalow flanked by lots of Vancouver Specials.

We moved into it in 2007 and assumed that we would immediately get to work on fixing it up.  To give you an idea of our naivete, the front yard, which we thought would take a weekend or two to clear up, ended up taking the entire summer.
